We offer a 30-day return from date of order.

Refund/exchange offers for made to order heels:

  • Exchange for a different size (2-5 weeks timeframe for new order). 
  • Return and receive a store credit
  • Certain circumstances can warrant a refund, please email us.

For ready to ship heels:

We don’t offer a refund for ready to ship heels however we can organise an exchange if we have the heel you need, in our ready to ship stock. Email us and we will always try to help you! 

Valid returns/exchanges:

To be classed as a valid return, the initial heels must be in re-sellable condition and unworn in original condition. Please consult the Hypnotic Team via email for all returns and return address.

*as we are a small business and still growing, shipping costs on returns are not covered*

For any products that are received and damaged or defect, please photograph and email info.hypnoticheels@gmail.com so we can assess and organise a replacement pair or refund/store credit (whichever your choice).

We do not cover fair wear and tear. We do not cover scuffing, scratches or rubbing to leather, materials and mesh on heels due to the nature of dancing in a heel and floor work. It is expected that there will be wear along the sole of the shoe as you wear them particularly on hard surfaces and dancing surfaces in studios. It is expected that the heels will rub on the outer bottom of your shoe and sides of shoe from floor-work or dragging along sides during choreography. This is not included in warranty and doesn't qualify for refunds or replacements unfortunately.

Warranty:

Our current warranty period is 6 months. If any problems arise that appear to be a manufacturer warranty issue, please email us and we will do our best to organise a replacement if it meets the criteria.
