  • Men please select 2x sizes up from your sneaker size.
  • If you have a wider foot we reccommend you to size up, our heels are built on the more narrow side.
  • For Pumps some people prefer to size down for a snug fit.

How to measure

We recommend measuring your foot from toes to heel to get an accurate measurement (in cm) and match that against our sizing guide.

Size Up or Down?

We recommend if you have a wider foot to size up a size to allow for extra room. Our heels are built on the more narrow side.

My Order

My shipping Address is Incorrect

No problem, email us as soon as you are aware of the issue, if your order doesn't have tracking yet we will be able to change this for you.

I choose the wrong size, what do I do?

We are only able to assist with changing orders within 24hrs of purchase. Please email us at info.hypnoticheels@gmail.com as soon as possible to see what we can do to assist. 

If I have placed my order, can I add something else to it?

In most cases yes, email us what you would like to add and we will do what we can to add this for you. However, if you order already has tracking added we can not edit at this point.

How long will be order take?

CUSTOM HEELS: These heels are made to order. From your order confirmation it is sent to our supplier who will make your shoe to your exact needs (heel height, colour and size). It can take to 2-3 weeks for your
order to be made (depending on order volume) and then up to 3 weeks postage for it to arrive at your doorstep. You will receive shipping information via email when your new heels are on their way.

READY TO SHIP: These heels are in stock in Australia. Danni ships these herself, as an emergancy nurse she is sometimes on nightshift, so please allow 7-10 days for her to fulfil these - we do endevour to ship them sooner where possible!

TICKETS: These will be immedietely delivered to you via email after checkout.

I have recieved the wrong item

If there has been an error on your order please contact us at info.hypnoticheels@gmail.com, we will help you arrange the return and then re-ship of the correct item. If we require you to return an incorrectly shipped item back to us, we will provide you with a shipping lable.

My heels came faulty, what do I do?

Please make sure you reach out to us AS info.hypnoticheels@gmail.com with 48h of reciept of your order. Our heels are made to order and are checked for quality prior to being shipped to you. We pride ourselves on having high quality heels every time. In the rare chance that your order is damaged or faulty, please take photos and send it to our email and we can assist you from there. DO NOT WEAR YOUR HEEL. If you wear your heel or there is any signs of wear on the shoe, your warranty will become void. 

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

CUSTOM HEELS: These heels are made to order. From your order confirmation it is sent to our supplier who will make your shoe to your exact needs. It can take to 2-3 weeks for your order to be made (depending on order volume) and then up to 3 weeks postage for it to arrive at your doorstep. You will receive shipping information via email when your new heels are on their way. Once you receive your shipping number, it will state 'pending' until it clears Australian Customs. This can take a few days to update.

Who is handling my package?

We ship all orders with Australia Post. If you are outside of Australia you package will be trackable with your national carrier e.g. NZ will be NZ post, USA will be USPS, UK will be Royal Mail.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes we ship internationally. Shipping for international is a flat $9.99.

For international orders, knowing the customs process and customs charges
associated is entirely the customers responsibility, and is to be managed / paid by the customer.

Exchnages

I got my heels, but they arent the right size?

CUSTOM HEELS & READY TO SHIP: We have you covered. We understand it can be hard to get sizing right first go. Please do not wear your heels unless for trying on. Email us info.hypnoticheels@gmail.com and we will provide you our QLD return address. Please ensure to return them into the original packaging, if we have to replace the shoebox this is a $5 fee. We allow 30 days from reciept of your order to exchnage. Please see the returns policy for further information.

Can I exchnage to something else?

You can request an exchange for a different size of a product, or a different product altogether (any difference in price will be payable when return is registered). All exchange requests are processed subject to stock. If the item is unavailable you will be notified to organise an exchange for something else.

Refunds

Do you offer refunds?

CUSTOM HEELS: If you are unhappy with your heels we can offer store credit or a refund, please contact us at info.hypnoticheels@gmail.com. Heels must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and be returned in their original packaging.

READY TO SHIP: As we frequently discount these heels we are unable to offer a refund. We only offer exchnages or store credit. Heels must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and be returned in their original packaging. If we have to replace the shoebox this is a $5 fee.

TICKETS: We do not refund tickets, but we can transfer these into a different name if you are no longer able to attend.

Return conditions

You must register your return and mail your item(s) back to us no later than 30 days from reciept. If 30 days have
passed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchnage.

You are responsible for the cost of your returns, unless their is a product fault.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method only, this policy applies for all payment methods including Buy Now & Pay Later payment methods. If your order was purchased with.

Returns must adhere to the following:

  • Unworn, unused & unwashed - no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear, not damaged by the transfer of make-up or deodorant, size sticker still in tact on outsole and no sign of use on outsole
  • In the original shoe box / item packaging, if we have to replace the shoebox this is a $5 fee.
  • The shoe box must be undamaged.
  • Please do not stick returns labels directly on the box, use a mail bag. If the shoe box is damaged, $5AUD will be deducted from your refund as we need to replace the box.
  • Clothing must be tried with underwear on

Any items not meeting these criteria will NOT be refunded or exchanged. We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above.
